Not being ranked the past 2years Fabolous earns his spot in 2009 for being a top 10 emcee in the hiphop game. Honestly i consider Fab top 5 but thats just my opinion. (Loso Way) Fabolous 5th studio album debuted #1 on the charts earning him his spot this year as the #8 emcee of 2009.
